Ala Hazrat’s life
was dedicated to the protection of Sunni creed (Ahl al-Sunnah wal Jama’ah). He firmly opposed the deviations introduced by certain sects such as the Wahhabis, Deobandis, Qadianis (Ahmadis), and others who, in his view, compromised the honor of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
One of his most significant contributions was his revival and emphasis on unconditional love and respect for the Prophet ﷺ, which he expressed beautifully in both poetry and prose. His most famous Naat (poem in praise of the Prophet), “Mustafa Jaan-e-Rahmat pe lakhon salam,” is still recited with deep devotion across the Urdu-speaking world.
